- Each floor has free wifi.
- What time is check-in?

Generally, check in begins at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
After 10pm self check-in is required. The following morning, please inform the staff at reception of self check-in. - Do you have smoke-free rooms?
- All of our rooms are smoke-free rooms. We have a designated smoking area.
- How can I keep my valuables in the dormitory safe?

We have security lockers.
If you need a locker, please ask the staff. - Is there a parking lot of the hostel?
- Sorry, we don't have parking. Please use the parking lot around the corner.
- Do you accept the credit cards?
- We accept Visa, JCB, Master card but if possible please pay in cash.
- What time can I use the shower?
- Available times are 7:00-11:00 and 15:00-24:00.
- Is it possible to check-out in the early morning?
- Yes, please return the room/locker key to reception.
- What is the policy on children staying at the hostel?

Children aged 5-9 years are required to stay in the private room.
10 years old and over, can stay in the dormitory room
